How can Chiropractic benefit the athlete?  Chiropractic has the ability to restore proper biomechanics to the joint function in the body. This means that it will improve the motion and function of the joints. When proper range of motion is restored to the joints both in the spine and elsewhere in the body like knees, ankles, feet and shoulders then the persons function coordination and strength improves.
